What Project Would A Laptop Help You With?
Short Description Of Project
Ballet Merveilles is an African dance company that is based in Conakry, Guinea. Founded in 1986 by my father, the choreographer of Les Ballets Africains, Mohamed Kemoko Sano, Ballet Merveilles has toured successfully in West Africa, the United States and Europe. Ballet Merveilles is a dance and percussion ensemble that enhances Guinean traditional dance and music, developing a choreographed, “refined” art form. The ensemble’s principal goal is to ensure Guinea’s Cultural identity and to preserve and promote Guinea’s cultural heritage. We have won many local competitions and are considered one of the foremost private dance companies in the country.
How Would A Laptop Help You?
We will use our laptop to organize our choreography and musical pieces, keep a database of information about our dancers and drummers and create flyers and promote events. We also want to improve our English and computer skills and would love to connect with students and enthusiasts from around the world who are interested in learning about Guinean music and dance.
