Our participants! We serve adults from all walks of life who are often afraid of new technology persevere in the face of overwhelming pressure.

What Project would a laptop help you with?

I run a computer learning program in the Waukegan Library.

How Would A Laptop Help You?

Over 30% of our local community members over the age of 25 lack a high school diploma, more than 55% of the households in Waukegan can’t speak English and 20% live below the poverty level. Most of these adults can’t use a computer. We aim to fix that.

What do you love about this project?

I love seeing under-served members of our community gaining valuable skills for home, work and school!
