This was little more than a typical day at our offices, one purely focused on the raw tasks of laptop repair.

M.F. #14 and D.B.’s laptops are done. There was a DVD inside one of D’s laptops, so I’ve contacted him asking if he wanted it back.

The new SSDs for M.F. #15 / 16 passed their test. #15’s setup has gone smoothly and is almost done, but #16 continues to be a problem as the operating system install continues to stall for unknown reasons.

I replied to the rare complaint email was received today. It sounds as if Z., the little girl was scolded by her mother for having her picture up on a website without her permission. At any rate, I took the photos down and let child know while asking her how the laptop she received was doing.

E. is looking to donate 2 ipads. I arranged a pickup on Friday at 1PM. The receipts and leftover cleaning money have been organized and left on a really obvious spot on one of your tables. I started digging into estimates into shipping large amounts of computers to Uttar Pradesh. The amounts seem, as expected, astronomical so far. I’ll search for a more affordable solution.
