Our youth committee is based in Lucknow in a slum area called Band Mandi. We have 300 members, and support 100 students to further their education so that they can get ahead in life and not return to the slums. By giving them computer training, they will more easily obtain jobs and fulfill their life goals.

We have 300 members, and support 100 students to further their education so that they can get ahead in life and not return to the slums. By giving them computer training, they will more easily obtain jobs and fulfill their life goals. If we had laptops we could offer computer training to the members for 3 hours per day when there is electricity. Lack of electricity is still a problem in the slum areas. Each course would last 3 months, with 20 youth in each cycle.We will give computer training to slum area youth in order to change their lives and eradicate poverty.
