Short Description Of Project

We are an NGO based in Kindia, but work all over the costal region and also in the Dabola region. We give support to entrepreneurs, especially marginalized populations such as women and youth. We are fortunate to have a few computers to do our work, but not nearly enough for all that we do. We train and support hundreds of entrepreneurs over the course of the year and use our computers to capacity researching teaching modules, creating lesson plans, monitoring our progress, following our budget and more.

How Would A Laptop Help You?

I am requesting a computer to be used by our intern. Demand for computer time is so high, that interns rarely get to touch it. Having a dedicated intern computer would allow them to become familiar with the most important tool of office work in this day and age, the computer. Our interns are helping to manage BiblioTech, an e-reader ressouce center for entrepreneurs. They will get practical hands on experience using the computer to write book reviews, manage memberships, and do book keeping.
