Who is someone who inspires you?

Muniba Mazari. After an accident that left her a paraplegic, she continued her work in motivational speaking. In spite of unsurmountable odds, she is currently serving as a National Ambassador for the United Nations.

What Is Your Favorite Sound?

The sound of the tide. It empowers my soul.

What Project would a laptop help you with?

As an IT engineering student, we are working on a project that alerts people to traffic accidents. These accidents are a leading cause of death here in India. The current system in place is too slow, which increases the victim mortality rate.

How Would A Laptop Help You?

The sensor systems which is assembled to vehicles will send signals to emergency medical help system immediately if the vehicle me with accident. We can reduce the lag between the accident and ambulance which can be useful to save many during accidents. We need laptops which can help us in improving and testing this design while out in the field.

What do you love about this project?

We are addressing an important issue while saving lives. That is the beauty of the project. We’re also appreciated by our department which boosts our motivation.
